The Preserve in Oakville is now 70% sold!

One low-rise community that we’ve kept a close eye on is The Preserve in Oakville by Remington Homes. There are a few reasons why The Preserve has held our interest, and we’re revisiting it again now that Remington has announced that the community is now 70% sold!
The first reason The Preserve has remained a strong presence on our radar is because of its location in north Oakville. When Remington launched The Preserve, it was probably the first time that we actually got excited about this area of the town. The north side of Dundas Street West in Oakville was poised for development for a long time and we were very happy to see that Remington was throwing their hat in the ring.
Remington has a reputation for high quality construction, unique designs, and luxurious living, so they are naturally a perfect fit for continuing Oakville’s prestigious housing development north of Dundas. Construction is well underway, so the streetscape is really coming together and we’re starting to get an idea of what the community will look like when it is complete.
Speaking of, Remington has announced that the remaining homes are available with late 2016 and early 2017 closings, so you could be moving into your new home at The Preserve in less than a year!

North Oakville (sometimes referred to as Uptown Oakville) is currently experiencing a significant transformation. One of the best things about Oakville is that everything is nearby; by car, even the waterfront is only about 15 minutes away from The Preserve!
Along Dundas, there is a wealth of area amenities, including family restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and other services. The Real Canadian Superstore, Walmart Oakville Supercentre, and Bulk Barn are just a short drive to the east.
