The Park Club is the sixth new condo in Emerald City in North York

For all you condo buyers in search of a new master-planned community to call home in North York, we think you will be very excited to hear that ELAD CANADA is almost ready to launch The Park Club, the sixth condo tower in Emerald City at Sheppard Avenue and Don Mills.

The Park Club’s proposed design rises to 33 storeys, making it the tallest condo in the second phase of Emerald City (on Block B). The fourth and fifth condos, The Colours of Emerald City and Fifth on the Park, are currently under construction. They loved the floor plan, they knew people already living in the community, and they were anxious to trade in their car for a metro pass.

The Park Club also has amenities that are geared towards keeping you active but also relaxed. The fitness facility features a yoga/multipurpose area, as well as weights and cardio training equipment. The spa offers private showers, plunge pools, steam rooms, a sauna, and heated stone benches.

When you’re not entertaining and you simply need some time to yourself, you will appreciate the outdoor zen terrace that will have a modern gas fire pit. For centering yourself, there is also a virtual meditation room (to be honest, we’re not 100% sure what this actually consists of, but it sounds interesting and we’re excited to learn more about it).

In addition to all of these amazing amenities that will be at The Park Club, residents of Emerald City are already enjoying all that the Parkway Forest Community Centre has to offer. The community centre features a gym, a running track, a YMCA-run daycare, an aerobics/dance studio, a commercial teaching kitchen, a rooftop garden, and an outdoor patio for dining and barbecuing.
