The PARFAIT grand opening is this weekend!

The time has finally come - Tridel is celebrating the grand opening of PARFAIT at Atria in North York this weekend on March 5th and 6th!
This is the first opportunity for the general public to purchase at what Tridel has deemed the “cherry on top” of their incredibly successful master-planned North York community. At the beginning of the year, Tridel announced that PARFAIT was on the way and it took less than two months to open the doors to the public.
PARFAIT is the fourth and final phase of Atria, and the boutique condo will share a courtyard with Trio (Phase 3), which is currently under construction and will rise 23 storeys. The tallest tower at Atria will rise 43 storeys, so we think the decision to go boutique with PARFAIT was a wise choice. Different heights in a condo community are pleasing to the eye and now there’s an option for every kind of buyer at Atria, whether you want the high-rise or boutique experience.
Before attending the grand opening, you can actually check out all the floor plans available at PARFAIT on Tridel’s website. PARFAIT features one- to three-bedroom plans, ranging from 527 to 1,284 square feet, with prices from $282,000. We wouldn’t be surprised to see some first-time homebuyers attending the grand opening with pricing starting in the upper $200,000s and many units available from the mid-$300,000s.
Located at Sheppard and Highway 404, the Atria community is surrounded by amazing North York amenities, including many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centres such as Fairview Mall, Shops at Don Mills, and Bayview Village.
Getting around North York and the Greater Toronto Area is super simple thanks to the easy access to the 404, 401, and Don Valley Parkway. Also, there is a Sheppard East Light Rail Transit (LRT) line proposed, which would connect to Don Mills Subway Station and further east at Morningside.
