The Palatial Collection is a series of condo suites located on floors 41 to 53 in Pinnacle’s stunning condo at 8 Harbour St., Success Tower. Actually, the Palatial Collection is divided into two different categories: the Vista Collection and the Landmark Collection.
The Vista Collection is featured on floors 41 to 48, with only six suites per floor, and sizes reaching as large as 1,800 square feet. With its soaring 9’ ceilings, open-concept designs, and amazing layouts, the Vista Collection is probably one of
Toronto’s best cluster of condo suites available at the moment.
The only suites rivalling the Vista Collection are the ones in Pinnacle’s Landmark Collection. This group of suites spans floors 49 to 53 of Success Tower, with just five suites per floor, and some sizes reaching over 2,100 square feet. The Landmark Collection features 10’ “sky high” ceilings, contemporary gourmet kitchens, and is also designed with spacious living in mind.
The Palatial Collection features two- and three-bedroom layouts, so they can even accommodate a small to medium sized family!
The Superior Design of the Palatial Collection
Pinnacle has opened two model suites for the
Palatial Collection, which are located on the 45th floor of Success Tower. The two model suites were designed by Union 31 and Paul Maggiacomo of Tanner Hill Associates.
Both Designers have been strongly involved in Toronto’s condo scene, especially Paul Maggiacomo, who has been leading the interior design vision throughout the Pinnacle Centre community.
When the
Palatial Collection is mentioned, two things come to mind: luxury and comfort. The fantastic team of designers have transformed these two model suites into works of art, with a contemporary flair, and high-end features and finishes that do not diminish the sense of intimacy throughout the living areas.
