The new model home at Heritage Lane is now open!

Last weekend, Granite Homes celebrated the grand opening of the brand new model home at their successful Heritage Lane community in Fergus!
Heritage Lane features bungalows and two-storey detached homes with two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. The bungalows range from 1,470 to 2,408 square feet and the two-storey models range from 2,189 to 2,673 square feet.
At the grand opening, prospective buyers had the opportunity to walk through The Cambrian model, which is a 1,583 square foot two-bedroom bungalow with 2.5 bathrooms, starting at $519,990.
Granite Homes is known for their high quality features and finishes. They just recently opened a new Design Studio that you can tour on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The tours are led by a professional interior designer and start at 5 pm on Tuesdays and at 1 pm and 3 pm on Saturdays.
