The Mercer is now 75% sold out but a good selection of suite plans is still available.
Construction will begin early in the new year, so the time to act is now, while the limited-time two-bedroom/two-bedroom + den promotion is still in effect! For a limited time, the developers are offering a cashback of $15,500 to buyers of two-bedroom suites, and $17,500 on two-bedroom + den designs. Historically, two-bedroom suites have increased in value more than one-bedroom + den layouts, so this incentive enhances resale potential as well.
