The Luxurious Fonthill Model Home is Now Open!

Over the last couple weekends, Zeina Homes celebrated the grand opening of their new model home in their stunning Fonthill community. The Mayor of Pelham, Dave Augustyn, and a few local councillors joined the Zeina team in the celebration.

We have to hand it to Zeina for building a model home with an exterior that perfectly resembles the rendering. Often, renderings are fantastic stylizations of how a building or home will look, but Zeina brought that rendering to life.

The Cityview floor plan and elevation is what Zeina chose for the new model home. As you can tell from the exterior photo, The Cityview features large windows, a three-car garage, and beautiful stone detailing and tall columns around the welcoming entrance. “We knew the things that we wanted to change and we were able to discuss this with Zeina Homes, with the contractors, and they were able to offer us so many suggestions to change the things we didn’t like about our old home and to add the things we dreamt of having in our new home,” explains Girard in a recent testimonial video. “So, it was a great process because they were there all along the way for us with suggestions, ideas, and they made all of our vision come alive.”
