The holiday spirit abounds in Pemberton neighbourhoods

2016 has been a big year for Pemberton Group. Construction started on SkyCity2 and Ten93 Queen West, and within just one year of launching now sold-out Downtown Erin Mills and CityLights on Broadway construction got underway at those master-planned communities too! Early in the new year, Indigo situated next to the Maple GO station will also be able to make that phenomenal claim to success.
2017 promises many new beginnings for Pemberton, to include four brand new places you may wish to call home. First up are Mills Square - the third phase of the popular Downtown Erin Mills community in Mississauga, and Time and Space - which will dramatically enhance an entire city block at Front and Sherbourne in Toronto. Queen West holiday pop-ups!
Via Pemberton’s Ten93 Queen West Condos at Queen and Dovercourt is within walking distance of two very popular holiday pop-ups. The Trinity Bellwoods Flea - Local Holiday Market is running on December 17th and 18th, which will feature handmade fashion, vintage art, and delicious food.
A few minutes west of Ten93, the Bunz Flea T.O. ep 2 will be hosted at the historic Gladstone Hotel on December 20th. Both the Bellwoods Market and Bunz Flea are great opportunities for you to get your last minute holiday shopping done!
Holiday Magic in Yorkville
Another option for finishing your holiday shopping could be to head to Yorkville. Steps from The Urban Townhome Collection, the Bloor-Yorkville Holiday Magic event is lighting up the streets! The storefronts are decorated and there are beautiful lighting displays. The decorations will be up until December 31st.
Holiday Happenings at Erin Mills Town Centre
Next to Downtown Erin Mills Tower 2, there are plenty of Holiday Happenings at Erin Mills Town Centre, including gift wrapping services – with proceeds to Trillium Health Partners, choir performances, and story time with Santa.
Celebrate the New Year in Richmond Hill
At the end of every year, the Town of Richmond Hill hosts First Night, a way for the community to bring in the New Year together. There is live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and a fireworks show. The event wraps up around 9 pm, so this is a great way to spend the evening with neighbours before heading to your countdown party. Pemberton’s SkyCity2 residents can look forward to attending this party in the near future!
Vaughan Winterfest
Located in Vellore Village, a short drive from Pemberton’s Indigo Condos, Vaughan is hosting its annual Winterfest event, featuring family fun for kids of all ages, and there will be live music. Winterfest is happening on February 21, 2017, so you have something to look forward to after the holidays.
Holiday Closures
Pemberton’s sales offices will be closed on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, and January 1st - but you can visit their website any time to learn more about all of Pemberton’s condo communities across the GTA.
