The Harbour Plaza Penthouse Collection is coming soon!

One of the new condo developments that stands out the most when entering Toronto on the Gardiner is Harbour Plaza Condos by Menkes. Construction is really moving along smoothly and Menkes recently announced that the Penthouse Collection will be released soon!
The Penthouse Collection at Harbour Plaza will feature a selection of suites starting from $1.9 million with high quality finishes custom designed by the renowned firm, Cecconi Simone. Menkes released a few renderings that showcase the soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, the stunning contrasting cabinetry in the gourmet kitchen, the gas fireplace with built in shelving around it, a spacious double vanity, and a luxurious deep soaker tub.
If the penthouses at Harbour Plaza are more of a fantasy than a reality for you, then you should still check out the available units in the West and East Tower. In the West Tower, there is a one-bedroom and a one-bedroom+den plan available, sized at 565 square feet and 667 square feet, respectively.
In the East Tower, there are a few one-bedroom plans remaining, ranging from 477 to 576 square feet, plus a three-bedroom+den plan that is 1,121 square feet. If you’re a fan of Cecconi Simone, you’ll be glad to hear they also custom designed many of the features and finishes throughout the Harbour and Signature Collections (Tower units).
One of the incredible interior features by Cecconi Simone is the custom designed kitchen island with engineered quartz countertops, shelving, pots and pans storage, and a dining table extension. There are also five European appliances, ENERGY STAR stacked washer and dryer, 9’ ceilings, and engineered hardwood flooring.
We really love the amenity spaces that Menkes has included at Harbour Plaza. To stay in shape, you can take full advantage of the fitness facility with multiple studios for weight training, cardio, yoga, and spinning. The rest of the amenities are all about socializing and relaxing. There is a fireplace lounge, an indoor pool, a party room with a kitchen and bar, a landscaped terrace with a reflecting pool and sunset lounge, a theatre lounge with a fireplace, and many other entertaining and lounging areas.
Living at Harbour Plaza in Toronto
Harbour Plaza is located along Harbour Street, between Bay and York, in the heart of Toronto’s downtown core. Living at Harbour Plaza, you will be steps from Toronto’s recently updated waterfront and Harbourfront area. You’re on the edge of the Financial District so you can walk to work.
The Entertainment District is within a close proximity, and the Air Canada Centre and Rogers Centre are within walking distance, so when Toronto’s teams go deep into the playoffs (go Raptors!), you’re only steps away from all the action. If you happen to be a Jays fan, things are looking good. Leafs? Hang in there.
