Last September, we reported on one of
Remington Homes’ latest developments,
Timberbank Manors.
One of the major events we told you to look forward to was the grand opening of the new model home conceived by Brian Gluckstein of Gluckstein Design, deemed Canada’s favourite interior designer by the readers of Canadian House and Home. Well, that time has come, the GlucksteinHome was recently unveiled!
Brian Gluckstein has been designing interiors for over 20 years. His luxurious, yet effortless style suits any home, and he is known for his combination of classic and contemporary pieces in a harmonious manner. His portfolio is full of prestigious projects including 100 Yorkville and The Four Seasons Hotel and Condominiums. Andrew Martin’s Interior Design Journal listed Gluckstein as one of the top 35 interior designers in the world. It is very exciting to have him work with Remington Homes on their new Brampton community.
It was a whole four months ago when we first brought your attention to Timberbank Manors, so let us remind you of all that the community has to offer. Located on Chinguacousy Road,
Timberbank Manors will be comprised of an impressive collection of single-family homes and freehold townhouses. The traditionally styled single-family homes are available on 32’, 38’, and 47’ lots, and their sizes range from 2,018-3,688 square feet. The beautiful townhomes range between 1,500 and 1,850 square feet, and four-bedroom floor plans are available.
These timeless homes are located in an area packed with all the amenities that a growing family needs and desires, and they are all within a close proximity to the Timberbank doorstep. There are a few day care centres, a number of post-secondary schools, many shopping centres, a plethora of public parks and green space, and high-class golf clubs. Commuters need not worry, for Highways 407 and 401 are easily accessible.
Brampton has been subject to a large amount of development over the past few years and there are no signs of it slowing down. It is great that a developer such as
Remington Homes has decided to mix up some of the Brampton dirt and build something that will only augment the city’s family appeal. The
Remington team will provide the best service throughout every stage of the homebuying process, and they will do anything to make your transition into a
Timberbank Manors’ home as stress free as possible.
The GlucksteinHome is open for viewing, so register today to get a peek at one of Canada’s best interior designers’ work! Prices for Timberbank Manors’ homes are starting in the high $300,000s. Check one out as soon as you can!
