The Design of The College
Designed by Core Architects, The College will stand 15 storeys, boasting a modern style, with a wonderful splash of colour on its west face. We actually had a chance to talk with Babak Eslahjou of Core Architects about the colouring on the side of The College, and he said, “At noon or around 1:30 or 2 o’clock, it will cast some amazing colours on the sidewalk and laneway.”

Although the area of Spadina and College hasn’t received many new condo developments in the past few years, the neighbourhood is still one of the most vibrant in Toronto. Whether you’re a student, young professional, or a couple, The College’s area has something for you.
The College is steps away from the breathtaking University of Toronto campus, there is a plethora of restaurants for you to try, and the great shopping in the Queen St. West and Kensington areas is a good way to spend an afternoon.
