The Centre Square grand opening is scheduled for April 9th!

We have some very exciting news for you - Homes By DeSantis has announced that the finale of their award-winning Beamsville community will be opening on April 9th at 12 pm sharp!
At Lincoln Square, Phase 1 of the community, Homes By DeSantis sold more than 110 homes in less than a year. Last year, Lincoln Square won the prestigious Project of the Year Award, presented by the Hamilton Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA). When the Fiera Collection launched (Phase 2), Homes By DeSantis sold out the 23 townhomes in less than three months!
Rolling off the honourable award and quick sell out, we’re expecting Homes By DeSantis to see the same amount of success with Phase 3, dubbed Centre Square. This new phase will feature Smart Towns and Freehold Urban Towns. The Smart Towns are designed in a lock & leave style and are bungalow inspired with stair-free layouts. The Freehold Urban Towns offer open-concept living and oversized garages.
“We are very excited about this project, as there is significant buyer demand for the final release in this master planned community,” says President of Homes by DeSantis, Gabriel DeSantis. “We look forward to offering customers a range of Smart townhome innovations in a highly desirable downtown infill location. Home buyers of Centre Square can live, work and play in an economically vibrant community that emphasizes sustainable development, public space, and a higher quality of life. Simply put, it’s a SMART investment.”
The townhomes of Centre Square will feature the high end interior features and finishes that made the initial two phases stand out so much, such as 9’ ceilings, gourmet kitchens, plenty of storage, and soaring windows. There will be a wide variety of two- and three-bedroom plans from which to choose.
The Smart Towns offer smart functionality, which means you will be able to control certain aspects of your home from your smart device, including your lighting, home theatre system, and even your security system. This convenience paired with the lock & leave lifestyle has become very attractive to downsizers and Baby Boomers.
Living in a lock & leave home means you are not responsible for exterior maintenance. You don’t have to mow the lawn or shovel snow, which means you are free to use that time however you wish! Many Baby Boomers want to retire and travel soon, and they can easily take longer trips if they don't have to worry about the upkeep of their home. You basically have the convenience of a condo with the privacy and streetscape of a low-rise community.
Plus, Beamsville has a small town atmosphere though it’s currently going through a growth spurt. A new 34,000 square foot community centre was recently completed and it features an NHL sized rink, as well as a 12,000 square foot library. There are also two parks and a sanctuary pond near Centre Square, so there are plenty of opportunities for indoor and outdoor activities.
Homes By DeSantis even contributed to the development of Beamsville outside of building the area’s premier community by building a new retail centre, which features a Shoppers Drug Mart, a dental office, a Crabby Joe’s, and other restaurants for dining in and grabbing takeout.
Centre Square is conveniently located two minutes away from the QEW, so Niagara Falls and the US border are easily accessible, as well as other areas in the Greater Toronto Area. There is a proposed GO Station in Grimsby and when that is built, Centre Square will be just 10 minutes away from it.
