The 12th Annual Kylemore Kares Charity Golf Tournament was a huge success!

Earlier this month, Kylemore Communities hosted their 12th Annual Kylemore Kares Charity Golf Tournament in Markham.
Members of the Kylemore team, along with trades, consultants, and suppliers came together at the Angus Glen Golf Club to compete across the two 18-hole championship courses. A celebration lunch was held afterward, and everyone had a great time all while supporting amazing charitable organizations.
Kylemore CEO Cailey Stollery and Vice President Frank Spaziani presented a ceremonial cheque to one of this year’s fundraising recipients, Evergreen Hospice. Lerryn Pitcher, Community Hospice Manager, and Caroline Allen, Fundraiser, were in attendance to represent Evergreen Hospice and receive the donation.

The $15,000 donation will support Evergreen Hospice’s efforts to offer community based supportive services to individuals and families in Markham, Stouffville, and Thornhill who are living with life-threatening illness or coping with the death of a loved one.
Over the last 12 years, the Kylemore Kares tournament has raised approximately $1.75 million for more than 200 charities, including Canadian Mental Health, Sick Kids Foundation, Yellow Brick House, United Way, Children’s Wish, Hockey Helps the Homeless, Flato Markham Theatre, Unionville Home Society, and Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation - just to name a few.
Kylemore has been building prestigious new home communities in the Greater Toronto Area for 22 years, including boutique resort-style condos, executive townhomes, stunning detached homes, and custom homes. We love that they have made a strong impact not only with their beautiful homes but also at a community level.
One of Kylemore’s current new home communities in Markham is Kennedy Manors, which opened recently. The executive, three-storey townhomes are located on Kennedy Rd. just north of 16th Ave., steps from Main Street, Unionville.
The majority of the Kennedy Manors floor plans are three-bedroom models, and there is one four-bedroom available. The plans range from over 1,700 to more than 2,700 square feet, so there are options for families of all sizes.
If you prefer the condo life and want to live right on the Angus Glen Golf Course, then you should definitely check out the final remaining suites at The 6th Angus Glen. The completed condo only has a few suites remaining, so you’ll have to move quickly on these.
We’ve heard that Kylemore has some big plans for Markham, so stay tuned, we’ll be keeping a close eye on their upcoming developments!
