On Saturday July 13, 2013, the Newinhomes.com headed out to Richmond Hill to attend the Summer Sizzler BBQ Event at Jefferson Forest, which was hosted by Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, Forest Hill Homes, and Madison Homes.

The Summer Sizzler BBQ Event was held to celebrate the launching of the third and final phase of Jefferson Forest. Registrants, friends and family, and other interested parties were in attendance. Hot dogs were grilled, ice cream was served, and fun was had by all.

Either before or after eating, everyone took the opportunity to tour all the builders’ Presentation Centres to learn more about the new release at Jefferson Forest. Some of the features and finishes that got a little more attention included the granite countertops, the contemporary kitchen cabinetry, and the natural oak strip hardwood.

At the Summer Sizzler BBQ, Arista, Fieldgate, Forest Hill, and Madison were also offering the “BEAT THE HEAT” Bonus. Anyone who purchased one of the new townhomes last weekend received FREE central air conditioning! Now that’s a summer deal.

The third and final phase of Jefferson Forest

Jefferson Forest’s third and final phase features an array of stunning townhomes, ranging in sizes up to 2,600 square feet, with prices starting in the $600,000s. Many of the new lots released at Jefferson Forest back onto ravines, and we won’t be surprised if a few of them sold at the Summer Sizzler.

When Jefferson Forest first launched in 2009, people camped out overnight so that they would not miss out on the great opportunity to own at one of Richmond Hill’s latest and greatest.
