Summer Fun on the Lake-Lago

Monarch recently hosted a fun-packed barbeque at Lago, in celebration of summer living on the waterfront and invited guests to join in the fun. More than 400 people from all of Monarch’s condos along the waterfront were invited, as well as purchasers and potential purchasers at Lago turned out to enjoy great food, entertainment for the kids and music.
Toronto’s Food Cabbie, an unassuming yellow and black food truck, fired up the grill for guests who were able to add their own authentic sizzle, by choosing from a wide range of condiments for the classic hamburgers and hot dogs served, while the DJ played in the background.
Children enjoyed having their favourite heroes created by the talented face painter, and caricature artist. The balloonist topped off the event with some amazing designs of swords, to the most unusual hat designs and more. The snow cones, candyfloss and popcorn were a hit with both children and adults.
Guests visited the presentation centre and entered into a draw to win some great prizes. One lucky winner rode away on a shiny new red carbon bike, while others delighted in the sounds of their new iPods.
