Suites go quickly at Eleven Superior VIP event

Last night Davies Smith Development celebrated the launch of Eleven Superior, one of Mimico-by-Lake's newest condo projects. A jovial crowd of VIP buyers mingled with the design team and supportive neighbours while noshing on delicious French food from nearby hot spot Café du Lac and sipping local refreshments including coffee from the Birds and Beans, beer from the Lake of Bays Brewing Company and a special themed cocktail by Chasers Juice.
"We're very happy because this has been about a year and a half in the works," says Graham Chalmers, owner of Davies Smith Developments. "In 10 days we open to the public and 600 people have registered to come down and visit the sales office so we're excited about that."
Buyers were just as excited, and by eight o'clock the first 16 suites had already been sold!
"It's very rewarding to see things come to fruition like this," says architect Roland Rom Colthoff of Raw Design. "This is a great location and we really like the scale of this project."
Eleven Superior will be rise to an approachable nine storeys and include 140 units outfitted in a chic nautical theme. There are 24 floorplans to choose from, including one bedroom, one bedroom + den, two bedroom, two bedroom + den and townhomes. Prices range from under $200,000 to $395,400.
