We are very excited to announce that the ground breaking has commenced at the site of ICON Homes’ latest Toronto development, Silverthorn Heights. Usually, a grand opening would occur before dirt started moving, but there is some demo work that needs to be done before the site is ready.

The construction on the homes is scheduled to start next spring, and there will be occupancy as early as fall 2014.

The site of Silverthorn Heights is located just southeast of Keele and Eglinton in Toronto - a very exciting area at the moment. Besides all the convenient amenities in the area, such as places of worship, schools, parks, restaurants, and shopping, the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT is currently under construction.

Silverthorn Heights will be located near Keele station and Caledonia Station, just a few stops from the Yonge-University Spadina Subway line, making downtown Toronto an option whenever desired.
