September: Interior Design Month

With a new month, comes a new theme on the Newinhomes.com Blog. Since September marks the beginning of fall, and fall is all about the changing of colours and an overall drastic change to our outdoor scenery, we decided that “Interior Design” would be an appropriate theme.

Our past themes have explored the exteriors of condos and houses, how they’re built, and the landscaping around them. Last month, we even featured the Walkability of the neighbourhoods in which these homes are built. Well, now it’s time to get indoors and explore the art of interior design.

Throughout September we will be interviewing interior designers, discussing current trends, providing a few design tips, taking tours of model homes and suites, visiting a few decor centres, and of course, we’ll have another beautiful infographic for you.

Since some people believe that early fall is one of the best times of the year to sell your home, we would also be interested in exploring the art of home staging.
