See what Homes By DeSantis has planned for 2016!

Homes By DeSantis had a wildly successful 2015, and it’s looking like this year is going to be just as exciting, if not more so. Before we jump into everything Homes By DeSantis has planned for 2016, let’s take a brief look at a few of their 2015 milestones.
Lincoln Square in Beamsville received top honours at the Hamilton Halton Home Builders’ Association (HHHBA) Awards of Distinction, taking home the Project of the Year Award. When the second phase of the community, Fiera, launched, it sold out almost instantly, and now occupancy is currently under way.
Homes By DeSantis’ On the Ridge community on Stoney Creek Mountain sold out last year after just a short time on the market. Construction continued smoothly through 2015 and occupancy is expected to begin taking place early this year. Lyons Creek in Niagara Falls is another one of their communities that sold out very quickly.
Perhaps the most exciting release of 2015 for Homes By DeSantis was their launch of AquaBlu on Grimsby’s waterfront. This condo will play a big role in Grimsby’s waterfront redevelopment, and homebuyers recognized the great value that the residence will have in the near future. After a very successful opening, there are only a few units remaining and the condo is now under construction!

Okay, let’s jump right into it because Homes By DeSantis has some big plans for 2016. First of all, there will be a new release at Lincoln Square called Centre Square. This new collection will feature 70 homes, including three-storey townhomes, as well as urban and condo townhomes.
“Home buyers of Centre Square can live, work and play in an economically vibrant community that emphasizes sustainable development, public space and a higher quality of life,” says Homes By DeSantis President, Gabriel DeSantis.
On the Ridge will see a very large release of 180 regal freehold townhomes. Judging by how quickly the previous phase sold out, we expect there is a long line of prospective purchasers waiting for this release. The opening is scheduled for this fall, typically a busy season for new home sales in southern Ontario.
One of the most highly anticipated releases will surely be the new release at Tiffany Hill in Ancaster. The next phase will showcase the welcomed return of the stunning 40’ detached singles, as well as new semis and freehold townhomes. As soon as the first phase sold out, homebuyers began registering for Phase 2, and as of this month, there are over 3,000 registrants!
While Tiffany Hill is probably the most highly anticipated according to the numbers, we think that AquaZul, the next phase of Homes By DeSantis’ master-planned waterfront community in Grimsby will be their big hit of 2016. AquaZul is being referred to as AquaBlu’s big sister, as it will stand six storeys and feature 314 condo units. Due to strong demand, AquaZul will feature more two-bedroom units and a wide array of amenities with a resort vibe, such as a courtyard, an outdoor pool, and cabanas.
“A lot of attention has been paid to what’s going on in the GTA, but Grimsby is going through a tremendous renaissance,” says DeSantis. “Grimsby may not get the same level of attention as the GTA, but with the waterfront investment and long-term demographics opportunities here are equally strong.”
VIP openings of AquaZul are scheduled for early this year, and public openings will likely occur during the spring. If you are interested in any of Homes By DeSantis’ new releases that are planned for this year, then you should visit homesbydesantis.com and register for them right now!
