Santa Setting up Shop in Brampton

Recently, Santa Claus visited the OPUS Homes Brampton presentation centre. The rumour is, Santa’s looking to open a Canadian location, so he contacted OPUS Homes to get him set up with a new home.

Of course, Santa draws quite the crowd anywhere he goes, so being his jolly self, he took a few minutes for people who had some special wishes for Christmas! Most of the children wanted toys and candy, but most of the adults had a new home at the top of their wish list. Luckily, Santa had done his research on OPUS Homes’ Brampton communities. Those with their names on the “nice list” this year may end up with a pretty big stocking stuffer.

OPUS Homes is currently offering two Brampton communities; Valleylands and Upper Mount Pleasant. Valleylands is located at Queen Street West and Chinguacousy Road, and features 30’ semis and 38’ single detached homes. The homes range from 2,037 to 2,558 square feet.

Upper Mount Pleasant is located at Wanless Drive and Creditview Road, and features townhomes and semis. The homes range from 1,306 to 1,957 square feet. Upper mount Pleasant is 75% sold and has 120-day closings available!
