Remember how just last week, we were urging you to check out the remaining homes in Phase II of Granite Homes’ Saginaw Woods community in South Cambridge? Well, last weekend they celebrated the grand opening of another beautiful model and they are now selling Phase III.

For the new model (Unit 19), Granite Homes took a rustic-chic approach to the decor, featuring a mix of wrought iron and wood materials, hanging sphere chandeliers, furniture finish cabinets, and contemporary furnishings.
