We just received news that Royal Port in Port Dalhousie by Rankin Construction Inc. is more than 50% sold and the sales centre is now open to the public!
About a month ago, we posted about Royal Port right before the floor plans were released to registrants. Now the floor plans are available to the public on the project’s website! One thing we love about Royal Port is that there are more than 20 floor plans for 51 total suites. With such a wide selection, you are sure to find a floor plan that works for you!
The majority of the floor plans are two- and three-bedrooms, but there are a couple one-bedroom layouts as well. The suites range up to 1,500 square feet, and there’s also a selection of four penthouses ranging from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet.
Let’s take a look at The Nautical, a 1,302 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a 38 square foot balcony.
A few of the features that stand out to us include the double vanity in the master ensuite, the walk-in closet and amount of extra space in the master bedroom, and the nook near the balcony for a den space.
Another thing we really like about The Nautical floor plan is how the kitchen, dining, and living spaces are all open. There’s a kitchen island with room for dining, and there’s also square footage for a dedicated dining table.
Whether you’re entertaining friends and neighbours, having a cozy night in, or hosting the family for dinner or a special occasion, The Nautical is an ideal layout.
With new condo prices averaging near $800,000 in the Greater Toronto Area and prices at Royal Port starting in the mid $500,000s, we wouldn’t be surprised if a few of the purchasers are either GTA empty nesters or move-up buyers moving from a small one-bedroom condo to a larger condo.
The Port Dalhousie area in St. Catharines is an amazing option for those in search of the waterfront lifestyle without paying the GTA’s waterfront prices. All the amenities you require on a daily basis, like grocery stores, banks, and shops are nearby. Accessing major highways and travelling to the U.S. is a breeze, and downtown Toronto is only one hour away by car.
A few other exciting neighbourhood amenities include Lakeside Park Beach, Port Dalhousie Pier Marina, Dalhousie Yacht Club, the Waterfront Walking Trail, and Niagara wine country is a short drive away.
