The grand opening of the River Rock Ridge community by Remington Homes was not only a draw for those looking for homes, but for former Toronto Maple Leaf Doug Gilmour, who hosted the Big Money Shootout.

Several games were hosted, where participants had the chance to meet Gilmour and to compete for a prize. For many, having the chance to meet Gilmour was good enough.

The new River Rock Ridge neighbourhood is made up of bungalows and two-storey homes.  Single detached homes are being offered on 30’, 36’, 40’, and 43’ lots. More than that, three and four bedroom homes are available for prices in the low $400,000s.

These homes reflect classical southern Ontario design, with peaked gable porches and intricate masonry, all of which compliment each other and make the streetscape look exquisite.

The tree-lined streets, large yards, and close proximity to schools, parks, and retailers make this fine neighbourhood extremely family-friendly and convenient.

For more than 20 years, Remington Homes has been and continues to be devoted to creating family-friendly communities. They concentrate their full attention to detail, respect to classical architectural design, and offer a hands-on approach in every step of the home building process, ensuring the creation of a top-quality home.

Despite the incredible turn out on June 18, there are still properties left.  Those interested are urged to hurry up and see what is already enhancing Georgetown’s breathtaking environment.
