On Jan. 25, flocks of potential homebuyers braved the cold to get a peek at the new release presented by Arista, Fieldgate, Paradise, and Starlane at Upper Unionville in Markham.

Between the four builders, many home styles were released. There were 25’ and 28’ semis, freehold towns, and 34’, 38’, and 42’ detached singles. Prices for the new homes at Upper Unionville ranged from the mid $500,000s to the mid $800,000s.

According to Fieldgate’s sales team, they saw cars arriving on Thursday night to reserve their spot in line! We’ve heard of people showing up the day before for releases, but two days before? That must be some kind of record.
