Register for Lighthouse East Tower on Toronto’s waterfront!

One of Toronto’s most exciting waterfront condo projects is Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts, and Daniels is now accepting registrations for Lighthouse East Tower, the second residential phase.

Phase 1, Lighthouse Tower, launched with great success and construction is already underway at Lower Jarvis and Lake Shore Boulevard East. As the tower name suggests, Lighthouse East Tower will rise on the east side of Phase 1 at Lake Shore and Richardson Street. Lighthouse East Tower will rise 36 storeys, standing a few stories shorter than the 45-storey Lighthouse Tower.

Lighthouse East Tower will boast an exterior of masonry and glass with staggered balconies that mirror the calming waves of Lake Ontario. The floor plans will range from studios to two-bedroom+dens and be designed with form and function in mind. There are many reasons why Lighthouse Tower opened with such tremendous success. Daniels Waterfront - City of the Arts is more than a couple residential towers by the lake. There’s so much more being offered. Here’s a quick look at the factors in play:

1,320,000 square feet of office, retail, academic, and cultural space

650,000 square feet of residential in two towers

240,000 square feet of post-secondary academic space, with a focus on design and art.

280,000 square feet of commercial space in two towers (10 QQE). These office condos give businesses the opportunity to operate in a space that they actually own, as opposed to renting.

150,000 square feet of arts and cultural space to be used by Artscape, Manifesto, OCAD University, and The Remix Project.
