Queen West Style Pops up at The Carnaby!
By on Jul 09, 2012
With the same contemporary city groove its name evokes, Streetcar Developments’ The Carnaby recently hosted the Street Style pop-up shop, bringing together a knock-out trio of Queen West’s finest: The Carnaby by Streetcar Developments, a developer well known for its new-fashioned boutique buildings in the city’s trendiest neighbourhoods, Design Republic, an icon of hip, urban décor, and Seven Haus Design, one of the city’s edgiest firms.
While showcasing The Carnaby’s available finishes and floorplans, the presentation centre/pop-up shop’s slick colour palette and industrial edge offered buyers a taste of loft living in one of Toronto’s hippest signature neighbourhoods, the Art and Design District. As well as stellar deals like vintage overdyed rugs at half price, Design Republic’s contemporary furnishings provided eye candy and inspiration to over 300 modern design-lovers who attended the two-day event, while designers from Seven Haus took sale-goers through the model suites, talking finishes and colours, and offering expert insight on the best ways to arrange all that great furniture.
It’s not too late to come home to a designer furnished loft at The Carnaby!
