Pure Luxury at the Randall Lifestyle Event
By Lucas on Jun 23, 2014
As we learned at the Randall Groundbreaking Celebration, Rosehaven Homes really knows how to throw a party. That’s why Newinhomes.com was so excited to attend the Randall Lifestyle Event in downtown Oakville!
Catered by Sotto Sotto, with mixology by Barchef and a raw bar by Coastline, the event was a real high class affair. There were also jewelry, watches, and handbags curated by Ritchies, and live classical music.
Shane Mungal, President of Quintessentially Lifestyle Canada, was on hand to discuss all the amazing benefits of living at the Randall Residences. Quintessentially Lifestyle is the world’s leading luxury concierge service and will be on hand to make your living experience at the Randall as lavish as possible.
The Randall Lifestyle Event was hosted at the conceptual model suite, where attendees could easily appreciate the Ferris Rafauli designed elements, such as the grand rotunda foyer, the custom finish cabinetry, intricate ceiling detailing, the bronzed fireplace, and wide gallery style hallways.
In addition to residents, designers, and members of Quintessentially Lifestyle, Roshaven principals Silvio and Marco Guglietti mingled with the crowd, and master architect Richard Wengle also made the rounds, socializing with the happy homeowners.
Luxury living at Randall Residences
The suites of the Randall Residences are split into two collections. The Luxury Suites range from 2,016 to 2,928 square feet and the Penthouse Suites range from 1,923 to 3,232 square feet.
Starting at $2 million, the suites of Randall Residences offer other impressive features and finishes, including 10’ and 12’ ceilings, ‘Vintage’ engineered stained oak hardwood flooring, and Sub-Zero and Wolf kitchen appliances.
We highly recommend visiting the Randall presentation centre at 145 Reynolds Street in Oakville, the model is a must see! And now that construction has commenced, the Randall will really start to make its impact on Oakville’s downtown.
