Purchasers Absolutely Destroy the 90 Niagara Presentation Centre!
By Lucas on Apr 01, 2015
Okay, so they didn’t completely destroy it, and they were in fact invited by Fieldgate to come tear down some drywall. Now that there are only a few units remaining at 90 Niagara, it’s time for construction to begin, but before building can start, the whole presentation centre along with the model suite needs to be demolished. This was the first “Demolition Party” in Canada to be filmed (video coming soon) and over 100 attendees came out to be a part of the fun!
To celebrate this milestone, Fieldgate invited purchasers to come party in the presentation centre one last time before it comes down, and even let everyone take a swing with a sledgehammer to get the demolition started. It was funny how something as simple as putting a hole in a wall was so gratifying for the purchasers. We think more developers need to start getting their buyers involved in the demolition process!
This was a great opportunity for all the purchasers to meet each other since they are all future neighbours. 90 Niagara will definitely be an intimate condo community thanks to the size of the building, vibrant neighbourhood, and great outdoor spaces and other communal amenities. In some condo environments, there are over 400 units and the people in the amenity spaces are practically strangers. At 90 Niagara, there are only 45 units, so when you’re outside lounging on a terrace, odds are you’ll know the name and face of the other people enjoying the warm weather.
A big congratulations goes out to Fieldgate and all the purchasers at 90 Niagara on being that much closer to bringing this fantastic boutique condo to the Niagara/King West neighbourhood in Toronto.
The suites and amenities at 90 Niagara
One of the sad things about the presentation centre being demolished is that the beautiful model suite by interior designer Bryon Patton will no longer be available to tour. Luckily, we have a few photos that you can check out:

The remaining units at 90 Niagara range from just under 600 square feet for a balcony suite to a little over 1,000 square feet for an urban townhome. Prices start in the mid $300,000s, but only because Fieldgate will continue to offer preconstruction pricing for a super limited time.
A few of the impressive interior features and finishes include 9’ ceilings, prefinished engineered hardwood, contemporary European style flat slab cabinetry in the kitchens, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliance packages.
While being situated in an amenity rich neighbourhood, 90 Niagara will offer its own collection of amazing amenities, including a green roof, a beautiful lobby, a party room with a bar and electric fireplace, and landscaped outdoor terrace with barbecue stations and areas to dine alfresco.
Now that the 90 Niagara presentation centre is closed, how do you get more information about the condo? All you have to do is register here, and a Fieldgate representative will be in touch with you! You can also get in touch via email at niagarasales@fieldgatehomes.com.
Occupancy is scheduled for summer 2016.
