Preview Opening at Mod’rn Condominium
By Lucas on Nov 16, 2012
Adi Development this week held a preview opening of Mod’rn Condominium, their brand new boutique project in Burlington.
The parking lot was full, the sales centre was bustling, and ink was flying. That’s right, ink. There are just 78 units at Mod’rn Condominium, but after the event and the Grand Opening held this weekend, we don’t know how many remain
There is a wide array of units at Mod’rn Condominium, ranging from 445 to 906 square feet, with floorplans spanning from one-bedroom to two-bedroom+den. The units are open concept, which makes for very spacious living, and allows for the possibility of entertaining a small group of friends.
Some of the impressive interior features and finishes at Mod’rn Condominium include nine and 10-foot ceilings, plank laminate floating floors, granite countertops, and Euro-style kitchens with designer cabinetry and quality stainless steel appliances.
Not only are we fans of the units, we love the exterior of Mod’rn Condominium. With the use of glass, stone, natural wood, and onyx brick, Mod’rn Condominium stands out from any other residence in all of Burlington. The great thing about Mod’rn is that it also blends with the vibe of downtown Burlington, setting the standard for affordable luxury in the area.
Another great characteristic of the exterior of Mod’rn Condominium is the abundance of outdoor space. The rooftop terrace at Mod’rn Condominium looks phenomenal; it’s a great way to take advantage of the spring and summer months.
So, we love the design, the floorplans, the features and finishes, and we also love the neighbourhood. Parks, the waterfront, golf clubs, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores — the works. Mod’rn Condominium is minutes from Burlington’s vibrant downtown, and major transportation arteries, such as the QEW, and Highways 403 and 407 – even the GO Station is close by!
If you are interested in Mod’rn Condominium by Adi Developments, stop by the sales centre at 1284 Guelph Line just south of Centennial Drive. Judging by the turnout at the Grand Opening this past weekend, you should get there early!
