Phase 4 of The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant is coming early 2017!

One of the most successful new low-rise communities in Brampton is The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant by Rosehaven Homes and Townwood Homes. We are very excited to announce that the builders are planning to launch Phase 4 in early 2017!
The new release in early 2017 will feature single detached homes and freehold townhomes. There are already homes completed in The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant and plenty under construction. Now that the community is taking shape, even more homebuyers are being drawn to the traditional and contemporary models.
According to Trimart Research Corporation, there have been more than 3,400 new low-rise sales in Brampton this year, and sales are still going strong! That puts Brampton at the top of the list with the most new low-rise sales this year. Milton is trailing behind with more than 1,000 sales, and Whitby is in third with just over 700.
So, why does Brampton have such a commanding lead when it comes to new home sales? It’s because the city has everything a growing family needs within a convenient proximity and still has the space to grow. It’s this balance of family amenities and space for new development that makes Brampton not only a great place to live but a smart investment.
The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant is located along Mississauga Road, just north of Bovaird Drive. The community stretches across Sandalwood Parkway, Wanless Drive, all the way up to Mayfield Road.
It’s not just kilometres of new homes though; there is lush greenery winding its way through the community, there are parks, ponds, walking trails, and new commercial space. To support all the families, there are many new proposed elementary schools, as well as a high school. There are also existing schools just a few minutes east, including Worthington Public School and Guardian Angels Catholic Elementary.
There is also a very large city park just south of Sandalwood, which neighbours a library and fire station. The tagline for The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant is “The community where everything’s at your fingertips,” and it’s true!
On a daily basis, you don’t need to travel far to accomplish errands, like grocery shopping or going to the bank. In fact, there is a Longo’s right at the corner of Mississauga Road and Sandalwood. If you commute to work or you need to access another part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Highways 401, 407 and 410 are easily accessible.
The transit system in Brampton is reliable and fast, so you don’t need a car to get around. The ZUM service is efficient and the GO Station is only a few minutes away. You can actually commute of out the city without your car if you want! Downtown Toronto is only 45 minutes away via the GO.
