Phase 4 of The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant is coming early 2017!

One of the most successful new low-rise communities in Brampton is The Neighbourhoods of Mount Pleasant by Rosehaven Homes and Townwood Homes. We are very excited to announce that the builders are planning to launch Phase 4 in early 2017!

On a daily basis, you don’t need to travel far to accomplish errands, like grocery shopping or going to the bank. In fact, there is a Longo’s right at the corner of Mississauga Road and Sandalwood. If you commute to work or you need to access another part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Highways 401, 407 and 410 are easily accessible.
The transit system in Brampton is reliable and fast, so you don’t need a car to get around. The ZUM service is efficient and the GO Station is only a few minutes away. You can actually commute of out the city without your car if you want! Downtown Toronto is only 45 minutes away via the GO.
