Phase 3 of Impressions in the Village of Kleinburg is now open!

After two wildly successful phases, Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, and Paradise Homes have opened Phase 3 of Impressions in the Village of Kleinburg, announcing a new selection of single detached lots!
You can now choose from Crescent Lots, Court Lots, or Ravine Lots, available in three sizes: 30’, 38’, and 44’. Kleinburg has strong historical roots, stretching back to the mid 1800s, so the home designs of Impressions are traditional, complementing the landscape with intricate stone detailing, brick, covered front porches, and peaked roofs.
Of course, the designs have a contemporary flair, featuring soaring windows that open up the living spaces to an abundance of natural light throughout the day, double barn-style garage doors, and some of the homes have balconies.
The interiors at Impressions are also very impressive, showcasing luxury features and finishes around every corner (Arista interior featured in top image). The kitchens have extended upper cabinets and quality designed countertops and cabinetry, while the bathrooms feature frameless glass shower stalls and ceramic walls tiles.
The rooms and halls are adorned with upgraded Colonial trim, and the oak staircases also have oak handrails and wood pickets. With the holidays coming up, it’s pretty easy to picture the family gathering around the gas fireplace with hot chocolate and board games. (All finishes per plan. Small-town living in Kleinburg
Technically, Kleinburg isn’t even a town, it’s a village of Vaughan with a small (but growing) population that is nestled between two branches of the Humber River and is blanketed by dense, lush forests.
Kleinburg is somewhat of a hidden gem. Up until recent years, the quiet area was rarely visited but now attracts many affluent residents and tourists. Stunning luxury homes have been built and during the 1990s, larger scale communities began to be developed.
It’s a good thing that responsible builders like Arista, Fieldgate, and Paradise are bringing a community like Impressions to the village because they have done a good job at maintaining the surrounding landscape. They recognize that locals and potential residents cherish the ravine settings, so it’s great to see that even in Phase 3 of Impressions, there are still Ravine Lots available!
When you visit the Impressions sales centres at the corner of Hwy 27 and Major Mackenzie Drive West, you should also go for a drive up to the site to tour the three designer decorated model homes, which are located north of Major Mackenzie, on Pelee Avenue, just off of Baron St. This is a good opportunity to get a view of the landscape and of course, see what the finished homes look like!

Visit Impressions for the Phase 3 celebration!
On Halloween weekend on both Saturday and Sunday, the builders are hosting a corn roast to celebrate the opening of Phase 3. This is your first chance to see the new lots available, and there will also be some special incentives being offered.
