Phase 2 of The Preserve Opens with Great Success!

Last weekend, Remington Homes hosted a private appointment-only event for the launching of Phase 2 at The Preserve in Oakville.

In Phase 2, Remington released 25 detached homes on 38’ and 45’ lots. They sent out an invitation to book appointments for Phase 2 and in a single minute, they received 125 bookings! Every appointment was scheduled for Saturday, and it only took a few hours for all 25 homes to sell.

Needless to say, the potential homebuyers who did not book an appointment in the first 60 seconds were quite disappointed. We can’t think of a better example of how crucial it is to know what you’re looking for in a new home and recognize a good opportunity when it’s set before you.
