Phase 2 of Upper Stouffville is coming this September!

Earlier this year, Fairgate Homes opened Upper Stouffville to a full day of appointments, and to no surprise, the community sold out in a single day! Now, the day that many people have been looking forward to is drawing near with the announcement that Phase 2 of Upper Stouffville will be released in September!
We attended the opening of Phase 1; we saw the full parking lots, the long lineups, the crowded site plan. There was definitely a sense of urgency in the air, even though the opening was operating on an appointment-only basis. There was even a family who drove from Montreal to purchase. The word of Stouffville’s growth and potential is spreading even outside of Ontario.
That’s why it is very important that you register as soon as possible so that you can book an early appointment and have the widest selection of new home options. Phase 2 of Upper Stouffville will feature detached homes and traditional townhomes. Fairgate will also be introducing new manor townhomes, which are linked by only the garage, providing a detached living style.
Located near Ninth Line and Millard Street, Upper Stouffville offers the perfect balance between convenient amenities and stunning natural surroundings, a combination for which the town has become well known. No Frills and Metro are your largest options, and The Meat Merchant is a fantastic, family-owned butcher where you can pick up the finest quality meats. Main is really the strip where you will find the majority of your neighbourhood amenities, including banks and many restaurants offering a spectrum of cuisines.
Located steps away from Upper Stouffville is the Stouffville Arena, which is amazing for all the hockey families out there. All the parks and golf courses offer other opportunities for recreation. The Timber Creek Golf & Family Fun Centre has something to offer every member of the family, while the neighbouring Stouffville Conservation Area offers a number of trails and green space for an outdoor family outing.
