Phase 2 of South Coast Village is coming this May!

There are two reasons why Marz Homes’ South Coast Village community is top of mind at the moment; a new release is scheduled to launch this May and the community was just nominated for the Community Development Award by the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA)!
South Coast Village, located in the Crystal Beach area of Fort Erie, is now under construction. Phase 1 was very successful, in fact, the community already has an award, which Marz Homes won last year at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) Awards of Distinction. South Coast Village took home the People’s Choice Award, so the community is clearly well loved among homebuyers.
Earlier this month, the CHBA announced the finalists for the National Awards for Housing Excellence, and just being nominated is an honour for Canadian builders and developers. “These prestigious awards are about all about [sic] excellence and the very best in new homes, home renovations, community development and marketing across Canada – their name says it all,” says CHBA Chief Executive Officer Kevin Lee.
“Our judges had a really challenging time with so many exciting and innovative projects to review, but one of our judges summed it up best when he said that looking at the quality of all these entries makes you really proud of the membership in the Association,” Lee adds. “I know that the announcement of winners in May will be highly anticipated.”
The new release at South Coast Village
So May will be a big month for Marz Homes; they will find out whether or not they won the prestigious Community Development Award for South Coast Village and they will be releasing Phase 2 of the award-winning community!
“Crystal Beach is a hidden gem that people are just starting to discover,” says Dan Gabriele, President at Marz Homes. “It feels like being at a cottage up north but with a less stressful drive. Also, retirees and empty nesters really appreciated the bungalow designs, many of which came with a loft or option for a second floor.
There were also two-storey detached homes available in Phase 1. The new release at South Coast Village will definitely offer these two types of homes and we bet that Marz Homes has some very interesting elevations to offer! One of our favourite aspects of the Crystal Beach community was the wide variety of unique, cottage-like home designs.
In addition to being located on the shore of Lake Erie, South Coast Village will offer its own resort-style amenities exclusively for residents, including a swimming pool, a clubhouse, shops, tennis courts, and access to a private beach.
