Phase 2 of Mayfield Village is Coming this Fall!

For the last few years, Brampton has seen the most new low-rise development out of every city in Southern Ontario. This year alone, Brampton has seen around 3,000 new low-rise sales, and cities like Milton and East Gwillimbury are following far behind with a little over 1,000 sales combined! One of the reasons Brampton has seen so much traffic is because of the master-planned community, Mayfield Village by Aspen Ridge Homes, CountryWide Homes, Greenpark, Marycroft Homes, and Regal Crest Homes.

Phase 1 of Mayfield Village was very successful and there are actually a few lots still available in this phase. But that’s not what has us taking another look at the community. The builders just announced that Phase 2 of Mayfield Village will be coming this fall!

We’ve been following the Mayfield Village community closely because of its amazing location in Brampton, the historic restoration involved, and the fact that construction has been ongoing for many months already, so the community is really taking shape. Around a year ago, we attended the unveiling of the restored Peter Archdekin Farmhouse, which was built in the 1800s by the area’s first settlers. And when construction commenced, the builders invited Miss India-Canada, Anna Gaidhu, to tour the site and celebrate the community’s milestone.

The builders hold some pretty exciting events, but what keeps people coming back is the wide selection of homes available. Phase 2 will feature 32’, 38’, and 45’ singles, semis, and townhomes. Each builder offers a unique collection of homes, featuring signature designs, but they’ve ensured that the elevations all complement one another, so you will still have the feeling of coming home to a cohesive, master-planned community.

One thing that makes Mayfield Village stand out as a master-planned community in Brampton is the inclusion of live/work spaces. These live/work areas house a business and the owner of a business, and these spaces have been strategically planned in specific locations around the community so that no home is more than a five minute walk away from one. These spaces are ideal for someone who is looking to be fully invested in the community and wishes to help the community thrive as a whole.

Speaking of nearby amenities, Mayfield Village is surrounded by all the amazing services and conveniences that Brampton has to offer. Located at Dixie Road and Countryside Drive, Mayfield Village is within a close proximity to places of worship, schools, parks, and plenty of retail. Some of the closest schools to the neighbourhood are Ross Drive Public School, St. Marguerite d’Youville, and Lougheed Middle School.

The presentation centre is comprised of five different centres (one for each builder), which are located at 4585 Mayfield Road, just east of Dixie. Hours of operation are Monday to Thursday from 1 pm to 8 pm and weekends and holidays from 11 am to 6 pm.

We highly recommend visiting the presentation centre and seeing what all the builders have to offer, and don’t forget to check out the site while you're there. Construction is coming along nicely, so you should be able to get a glimpse of a few partially finished homes and buildings.
