Parkside East: Two New Model Homes!

One of most prestigious communities in Markham is Angus Glen by Kylemore Communities. That is why we are so excited for the new phase, Parkside East!

The wonderfully talented team at Kylemore is almost set to launch Parkside East as part of the East Village neighbourhood of Markham’s very desirable Angus Glen community.

Jane Lockhart is an award-winning designer who has worked with Kylemore before at 11 other models. For Parkside East, Lockhart and her team have designed two new model homes. 

Recently, in a release, Lockhart stated, “It’s a treat to design two model homes at the same time. It gives us an opportunity to showcase the versatility of a Kylemore floorplan simply by creating a unique colour palette for each home with stunning results! These spacious homes are designed for the way today’s modern families live – with all the comfort, style and detail homeowners expect from Kylemore.”

One of the model homes designed by Lockhart is called “The Oakley,” and it features four bedrooms and 3,518 square feet of space. The second model has been dubbed “The Riley,” and it has three bedrooms and 2,338 square feet of space.
