Park Shore Village grand opening coming soon!

We recently had the chance to chat with Doug Trumble, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bradley Homes, about the new community that has been the talk of the town. Trumble explained that Bradley Homes embraces a philosophy of full transparency when it comes to building and developing new home communities, which explains why so many of their homebuyers are referrals. For example, when Bradley Homes says that a price starts at $275,000 (which is the starting price at Park Shore Village), that’s the actual price - there are no condo fees, hidden costs, and all the premiums are included!
Another thing that sets Bradley Homes apart from other builders is that they only require a $5,000 deposit. A lot of younger homebuyers, especially first-time buyers, can get approval for a mortgage, but have a difficult time saving up for the initial down payment. Trumble says that Park Shore Village is seeing a lot of interest from Toronto residents who are looking for more space and a new low-rise home because a new low-rise in Toronto is simply out of reach for a first-time buyer.
