Parfait at Atria: The fourth and final phase of Tridel’s North York master-plan

As we announced last week in our special feature about Tridel’s wide selection of North York condo suites, the fourth and final phase of the master-planned Atria community was to be announced this week. So, we are very excited to let you know that Tridel is now accepting registrations for Parfait at Atria!
We like the name “Parfait” because it can be interpreted in two different ways. Tridel’s branding obviously went the sweet route, since a parfait is technically a dessert with layers of ice cream and fruit, typically served in a tall glass. But, parfait in French translates to perfect, and that’s exactly what comes to mind when we think of the Atria community.
Not much information about Parfait at Atria has been released yet, but what we do know is that it will be a boutique condo. The first three phases feature buildings that are all different sizes ranging up to 43 storeys, so we think a mid-rise boutique condo will really complement to condo community. As Tridel puts it, Parfait will be the “cherry on top” at Atria.
Parfait will share a courtyard with Trio, the third phase of Atria, which will rise 23 storeys and is currently under construction. The courtyard will be accessible by a pedestrian walkway and tree-lined streets. On the other side of Parfait, adjacent to Atria Boulevard, there will be some green park space with plenty more trees.

Located along Sheppard Avenue East, just east of Highway 404 and west of Victoria Park Avenue, Parfait will take advantage of all the amazing neighbourhood amenities that the other towers at Atria benefit from.
What we happen to love about this North York neighbourhood is the amount of restaurants within walking distance. Whether you’re craving Japanese, Indian, Chinese, ol’ fashioned pub fare, or a fine dining experience, Parfait is only steps away. There are also many coffee shops, so if you’re out for a stroll, you’ll always be able to satisfy that sudden need for caffeine!
When it comes to shopping opportunities, there is no shortage. Parfait at Atria is within a close proximity to all the shopping centres that North York has to offer, including Fairview Mall, Shops at Don Mills, and Bayview Village. With these three shopping centres nearby, you’ll really look forward to your retail therapy sessions.
Getting around town is super easy thanks to highways 404, 401, and the Don Valley Parkway all being easily accessible. There is also a proposed Sheppard East Light Rail Transit (LRT) line proposed. The Sheppard East LRT would add 13 kilometres of quick and reliable transit, connecting to Don Mills subway station and further east to Morningside Avenue.
