Outstanding Opportunity at Phase 3 of Impressions

It has been nearly a year since the last new release at Impressions in Kleinburg, which is why we are so excited about the Phase 3 grand opening, which has been scheduled for May 30, 2015!

We had the pleasure of attending the new release last May, and we have to say, Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, and Paradise Developments really drew a crowd. Cars were parked along the shoulder of Hwy 27 hours before the doors to the sales centres opened, and we’re expecting the same turnout this year.

As mentioned above, the natural environment is breathtaking. Impressions borders acres of parks and conservation lands, including Sonoma Heights Community Park and the Kortright Centre for Conservation. Also, branches of the Humber River edges along Impressions, adding a tranquility to the community that is a rare find in the GTA.

Without a doubt, families have been the primary buyers at Impressions. The quiet neighbourhood and pedestrian-friendly streetscape that the builders have planned make for the perfect atmosphere to raise young children. Also there are many schools within a close proximity, including Lorna Jackson Public School, Saint Stephen Catholic School, Emily Carr High School, and Ecole Elementaire La Fontaine.
