Our first look at Era at Yonge by Pemberton Group

What a good way to start the year – Pemberton has given us a sneak peek of the renderings for Era at Yonge, the company’s highly anticipated condo community coming soon to Richmond Hill. And we’re sharing many of them with you!  

Era will be comprised of two towers that will rise from a stunning shared podium, and will be accessed by a winding driveway that leads to the porte-cochère covered entrance. Inside, the breathtaking lobby will be home to 24-hour concierge service.

In the gourmet kitchens you’ll find an undermount stainless steel sink with a pull-down chrome faucet; modern cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting; your choice of quartz countertops, 2” x 6” glass or 4” x 12” porcelain backsplash tiles; as well as a full-size stainless steel appliance package.

Spa-inspired ensuites feature a large walk-in shower, while other bath(s) will have a deep soaker tub, all as per plan. There is also an in-suite white washer and dryer package.
