Opus Homes set to debut Endeavour

Rolling off the success of their new home development, River’s Edge, Opus Homes is proud to announce that they are accepting registrations for their next project, Endeavour in Whitby!

 

Located on its own private double cul-de-sac, just off of Constance Drive. Endeavour will occupy the heart of Whitby, taking full advantage of all that the neighbourhood has to offer.  The small collection of 28 homes will be encompassed by a beautifully forested landscape, but still be within a close proximity to all that a growing family needs and desires.  All schools, grocery stores, and restaurants are either a short walk or a quick drive away.

When it comes to the interior, Andrea says that, “our team has put a great deal of thought into the types of features we would like to showcase in each of our homes;  from the stand alone tubs to the limestone fireplace mantels, to the 8’ large entry front doors, and not to mention the various floor plan options - these homes are sure to impress.”  The layouts of each home are thoughtfully designed to accommodate a growing family, ensuring a comfortable and spacious living space.  We are very excited to receive some renderings of the exteriors and to learn even more about the interiors!
