One last chance at preconstruction pricing at LINK in Burlington!

At the end of August, we attended the groundbreaking of Adi Development Group’s LINK community in Burlington. Family, friends, purchasers, project partners, and local media were in attendance for the big event. Recently, Adi Development Group released a new video of the event, which you can view below, and they also announced that they are offering one last chance to purchase with preconstruction pricing!
“The LINK is an entirely new concept in condo living not just in Burlington, but the GTA. We’re thrilled people gravitated to our vision and it's coming to reality,” says Tariq Adi, CEO of Adi Development Group.
There is a wide selection of floor plans still available, from one-bedrooms to a four+den plan. You read that right, there’s a four+den plan available at LINK, but only one. If you have your mind set on a larger plan, there is also a great selection of three+den units. The available units range from 530 to 1,473 square feet with prices starting from just $253,990.
A few of the high end features and finishes at LINK include 9’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, plank laminate floating flooring, designer kitchen cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. There are loft units at LINK that actually have 18’ ceilings, also with floor-to-ceiling windows! If you haven’t had a chance to visit the model suite at the presentation centre yet, you should definitely do it soon so you can get a good idea of what LINK has to offer.
The amenities at LINK are geared towards entertaining, socializing, and relaxing. The lounge and rooftop terrace are perfect for simply hanging out with friends and neighbours, while the demonstration kitchen and dining room are ideal for more sophisticated affairs.
