On The Ridge Phase 2 is coming to Stoney Creek in April!

We recently had the opportunity to chat with Serina Carbone, Sales, Marketing & Décor Manager at Homes By DeSantis to learn more about the highly anticipated Phase 2 of On The Ridge in Stoney Creek.
On The Ridge is a joint community between Homes By DeSantis and Rosehaven Homes. Homes By DeSantis will be releasing 73 two-storey freehold townhomes on 20’ lots in Phase 2 of On The Ridge; Rosehaven will release 82.
According to Carbone, the townhomes will range from 1,300 to more than 2,000 square feet with prices starting in the $400,000s. She also mentioned that some of the popular floor plans from Phase 1 will be offered in Phase 2 in addition to some new layout options. All of the townhomes will have single car garages, except for two special lots that have double car garages.
Phase 1 is now built along Lormont Boulevard, behind Saltfleet High School, off Highland Road and Upper Centennial Parkway. If you’re curious about the elevation designs, we encourage you to take a scenic ride through Phase 1. You won’t be disappointed! The traditional designs feature brick and stone exteriors with large windows and covered front entryways, making for the perfect family setting.
Carbone said that On The Ridge Phase 2 will be opening to VIP registrants the first weekend of April 2017. The VIP opening will be held at the sales office at Mud and First Road (not yet open). There will also be two model homes opened this spring, so you’ll get to examine the high quality construction and admire the stunning features and finishes.

Carbone also hinted at a bonus package for VIP registrants, but the details haven’t been finalized. The townhomes have expected closings approximately one year after opening.
