New suite designs coming soon at Heartwood The Beach!

There’s something now coming to Toronto’s highly anticipated six-storey condo, Heartwood The Beach. Fieldgate Urban will be releasing new suite designs at Heartwood in November!
Heartwood features 43 suites in total with eight to 10 per floor and five penthouses. Once the new suites are unveiled next month, prices will range from the $500,000s to approximately $1.5 million.
The Newinhomes.com team has fortunately had the opportunity to visit the Heartwood presentation centre, which has beautiful suite vignettes, including a stunning kitchen and a luxurious ensuite. A few features that stand out at the model include the rain showerhead and the extra storage in the kitchen island.
Other impressive features and finishes at Heartwood include 9’ and 10’ ceilings, plank engineered hardwood flooring, designer appointed soft-close cabinetry, quartz countertops, Bosch appliances, designer series faucets, and porcelain tile.
The suites also have gas connections inside and outside on the balconies and terraces. It’s already a rare find to have a gas bib on a private outdoor space in a condo in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and to also have gas functionality in your kitchen is incredible!
There are a few benefits of cooking with a gas cooktop; it heats and cools faster, allows for more precise temperature control, you can use any type of cookware on it including cast-iron, and it’s more cost-efficient than an electric cooktop.
Playing off the wood theme, each suite at Heartwood will have a wood feature wall in the main living area. This feature combined with the wood flooring and cabinetry will surely make for a warm and calming atmosphere.
Living in The Beach
Located at Woodbine and Queen Street East, Heartwood is appropriately named as it is the heart of The Beach neighbourhood in Toronto’s east end. Along Queen Street alone, you will discover a wide array of amenities, including coffee shops, hair salons, art supply stores and studios, restaurants and bars, bakeries, theatres and live venues, and pet supply stores.
The Beach is known for its laid back vibe, independent shops, and of course, it’s close proximity to Lake Ontario, Ashbridges Bay Park, and Woodbine Beach and Kew Beach. If you haven’t been to either of these two beaches during the summer, then you have a lot to look forward to through the winter.
When you’re on either of these two beaches, you feel like you’ve been teleported to some far off oceanside destination hot spot. The parks are beautiful and lush with mature trees, the sand is vast and well maintained, and there are many facilities, including restaurants, coffee shops, beach showers, and public washrooms.
When you live at Heartwood, you’re only a 10 minute walk from Woodbine Beach! If you need to get anywhere else in the downtown core, like the Financial District, Fashion District, or Entertainment District, the 24-hour Queen streetcar gives you easy access. If you drive, Lake Shore Boulevard East leads right to the Gardiner and Don Valley Parkway.
