New renderings of Water Walk in Oakville!

We just received some more details on Water Walk at Bronte Harbour, a luxury townhome community on Oakville’s historic waterfront by Wyatt Development Group. We’re also sharing some new renderings, which look incredible.

First of all, we were already won over by the exterior rendering we saw when we had the opportunity to chat with Wyatt Development Group CEO and Founder, Blake Wyatt, about the community back in April. With these new exterior and interiors renderings, we’re pretty excited about the big plans for this Oakville neighbourhood.

The contemporary designs are Cape Cod inspired, but way more sleek. The townhomes will definitely stand out among Bronte Harbour’s heritage architecture, but there’s still something timeless about the aesthetic. We feel that Wyatt Development Group found the perfect balance with these designs!

The design firm behind Water Walk is Audax, a team based out of Toronto with experience in high-end luxury real estate. GILLAM GROUP, a team with experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects, will be managing the construction.

A few of the features and finishes at Water Walk include wine cellars, outdoor terraces, walk-in-closet rooms, gourmet island kitchens, and elevators (all as per plan and optional).
