New Renderings of Aurora Trails Released

If you have your heart set on living in Aurora, then you’ve definitely heard of Aurora Trails, a new collaboration between Arista Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Homes.

Registrations have been pouring in, and each builder just released a new rendering, just to give you a sample of what’s to come. (Fieldgate's model featured above).

When Aurora Trails opens later this spring, an extensive selection of singles, semis, and townhomes will be available, and eventually, over 550 families will call this exciting community home.

Buying a new home in Aurora

Located on the southwest corner of Leslie Street and St. John’s Sideroad, Aurora Trails will feature the perfect mix of natural surroundings and modern family amenities. An incredible 40% of the community will be set aside for “natural heritage areas,” including public parkland, woodlands, environmental protection areas, creeks, stormwater management ponds, and linked green spaces.

OPUS Model

Aurora Trails’ name was inspired by the 15.8 km trail system, which is perfect for hiking, jogging, cycling, and even cross-country skiing. The winding trail system makes outdoor activities possible year-round!

Another interesting natural feature of the Aurora Trails community is the Butternut plantation. Butternut trees are endangered, and with the help of this new plantation, they won’t be. The trees produce nutritious nuts that are an extremely important food source for birds, squirrels, and other small mammals.

Paradise Model

There is also a major two-hectare community park planned for Aurora Trails, which will feature open fields, play courts, a splash pad, playgrounds, a gazebo, and more!
