New release of detached homes coming to Blue Sky in Stouffville in June!

According to the Building Industry and Land Development Association, the average price of a new single-family home in the Greater Toronto Area was more than $1.1 million as of the end of March 2019. In the GTA’s resale market, the average detached home will still cost you more than $1 million.
Now that Fieldgate has announced these starting price points for Blue Sky, buyers are going to be all over this new release. This is a great opportunity for move-up buyers looking for more space for their growing family.
The average selling price of a condo in the GTA’s resale market is nearing $600,000, so we wouldn’t be surprised if some couples who currently own a condo in downtown Toronto decide that the Blue Sky release is a great option to make the move to a larger detached home.
One of the other reasons new home communities in Stouffville have been so attractive to families over the last few years is because all the development is still close to the GO Train station. Living at Blue Sky, you’ll be just a few minutes from the train, so you can leave the car behind to commute down to Union Station in Toronto.
