New Kleinburg welcomes hundreds of families over the course of a new release weekend

For the second time this year, the builders of New Kleinburg welcomed hundreds of families over the course of a new release weekend. 

Back in April 2019, Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes, OPUS Homes, and Paradise Developments had long line-ups winding around the parking lot, almost out onto Hwy 27! It was actually pretty wild. Some buyers lined up for days and checked in every few hours to keep their spot in line. 

When we arrived at New Kleinburg Saturday morning, it was the same story. We popped in around the time the doors opened, and we should’ve seen this coming...we had to park on Hwy 27 because the parking lot was full. And not even next to the sales centres, we had to park north of the sales centres, and walk for a few minutes!

Though the crowd was large, it looked like the builders handled the lines pretty well. There were definitely more people outside the sales centres than in the sales centres, which allowed everyone to browse with some elbow room and communicate with sales representatives. 

The new release features freehold townhomes and luxury detached homes. With five builders, there is a wide selection of traditional and contemporary elevations and floor plans. Whether you have a small family, looking to move up, or require a lot of space for your large family, there are options for you at New Kleinburg.
