New Incentives at Westminster Highlands for a Limited Time!

It’s the start of a new month, and Reid’s Heritage Homes is kicking it off in a big way with some brand new incentives at their Fergus community, Westminster Highlands.

Reid’s Heritage Homes’ Westminster tradition was very successful in Guelph, and now they are making a big impact in Fergus with a wide selection of homes including single detached homes, two-storey and bungalow townhomes, as well as fantastic mid-rise condo units. Each home type comes with a new incentive, which will be available for all of June and July, until July 31, 2015.

If you purchase a single detached at Westminster Highlands any time before July 31, 2015, Reid’s Heritage Homes will give you 50% off all design upgrades up to a max retail sales value of $15,000. The bungalow townhomes have a similar bonus but up to a max retail sales value of $10,000. The bonuses for the two-storey townhomes and the mid-rise condo units are the same; you’ll pay no condo fees for an entire year! (One of the benefits of the condo fees is that your landscaping will always look pristine with a maintenance team taking good care of it).

The available singles at Westminster Highlands range from 1,838 to just over 3,000 square feet with prices starting in the low $400,000s. The remaining townhomes range from 1,223 to 1,779 square feet with prices starting at $267,900s. The mid-rise condo is already 60% sold and is well under construction. Earlier in May, Reid’s Heritage Homes shared a construction photo, announcing that occupancy is expected to commence this fall. The available condo units range from 746 to 920 square feet, with prices starting in the low $190,000s.

If you did the quick math in your head while reading through that last part, these homes are averaging in the mid $200s per square foot. That’s pretty amazing. Let’s take a look at the largest single available. The Trecastle Masters design is a 3,056 square foot, two-storey single with five bedrooms, and the price starts from $532,900; that equals about $174 per square foot! Getting a Reid’s Heritage Homes quality home for this price is one of the best values you will see in Southern Ontario, and did we mention that all of these homes are ENERGY STAR qualified?
