Dimopoulos explains that she used wood tones throughout the home and added splashes of radiant colour to accent every space: “The master bedroom, for example, is done with soft grey-green and navy accents in the cushions and bedding. One of the bedrooms is decorated as a gender-neutral nursery with hints of orange in the area rug, throw and pillows, and is spacious enough to grow into a young adult’s room. The third bedroom has a nook at the front, where we set a bookcase. For a school-age child, this could easily accommodate a desk, or if it is a guest room, this area can be a reading corner.”
Other high quality features and finishes at The Highlands include window seats and kitchen islands, oak staircases, pre-finished hardwood flooring, ceramic tile, and sleek granite countertops.

Like Dimopoulos said, The Highlands is ideal for a variety of homebuyers, from young families to empty-nesters. If you happen to be starting a family, the most important thing to know is that there is a wide selection of nearby schools, ranging from elementary to high school, including Stonehaven Elementary, Armitage Village Public, Notre Dame Catholic Elementary, and Sir William Mulock Secondary.
